Sometimes my thoughts feel busy or tangled, but that’s okay. Learning to notice what’s happening inside me helps me stay calm and curious as I explore new things.

🍃 Stop 1 – Notice the Little Things

Finn pauses to look around — the shimmer of a leaf, the sound of the wind, the quiet between breaths.

Every little thing matters when we take the time to notice it.

Stop 1

🌱 Stop 2 – Growth Garden

Finn notices something interesting.

Not every plant in the garden looks the same.

Some are just beginning. Others are growing taller. Others are blooming.

Then, he looks closer. Every plant is growing.

Just not at the same pace.

🌈 Stop 3 – Gratitude Grove

Here, Finn takes a quiet moment to remember what he’s thankful for — friends, family, sunlight, even silly moments.

Gratitude helps his heart feel lighter.

🌙 Stop 4 – Evening Calm

As the day ends, Finn slows down and takes one calm breath under the stars.

He knows each mindful step helps him grow — and tomorrow, he’ll explore again.
