🍓 TASTE — NOTICING WITH YOUR MOUTH

“Some things are meant to be tasted,” whispers Finn. “When we slow down, our mouths help us notice too.”

👅 Scavenger Hunt Challenge:

Finn sits on the forest floor and looks around with his mouth watering.

Look closely and find the five little tongues.

Take a steady breath and click each one to see what Finn wants to taste.

Imagine each flavor in your mouth as you explore:

  • a sweet berry

  • a warm cookie

  • a sour apple

  • some cool mint leaves

  • some sticky honey

At Home Explorer Challenge:

Finn says, “You can practice tasting anywhere!”

During your next snack or meal, slow down and notice three bites.

Is one sweet? One crunchy? One cool or warm?

Take one calm breath between each bite.

💛 At Home Parent Moment:

When your child slows down to notice taste, slow down with them.

Calm grows when we savor small moments — together.

🍃 When you’re ready, choose another sense or follow the pawprints back to Finn’s trail.
